This modern 85 m² home in Koblenz's hillside district of Asterstein has 3 bedrooms, a living/dining room seating 5, a separate U-shaped kitchen with seating for 3, a shower room with a humidity-controlled ceiling fan and toilet, a guest toilet, a balcony and a terrace with an electric awning and garden furniture. Rooms are spread over three levels. Windows and the balcony door have insect screens. An air fryer has recently been added to the kitchen. The minimum stay is 5 nights. The Wi-Fi router and booster were replaced in autumn 2025. City maps, guidebooks, cycling and hiking maps, and information on Koblenz, the Middle Rhine Valley and surrounding area are provided. A travel cot, two high chairs, a stool and a toilet training seat are also available if needed at no extra charge. Free public on-street parking is available nearby. Good bus connections (routes 5/15 and 26) are available from the nearest stop, a 3-minute walk away. Mini-group day tickets (up to 5 people) are available for buses and trains in Koblenz and throughout the VRM network. Further public transport information is provided on arrival. Allow about 5 minutes longer for the walk back from the city to the holiday home than for the outward journey.
